We want your order to arrive clearly, safely, and without surprises. This policy explains how Blogrivo processes and delivers orders.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing can take longer during launches, sales, or other busy periods.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier service. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.
Where we ship
We currently ship to Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Israel, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Iceland, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, Finland, Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, the Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Malta, and Cyprus.
Shipping rates
- Orders under $100 USD: $10 USD standard shipping.
- Orders of $100 USD or more: free standard shipping.
Eligibility is calculated from the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes or other charges, where applicable. The final shipping option is displayed at checkout.
Carriers
We select a delivery partner according to your shipping address and the service available for that destination. Where tracking is available, it will be sent by email after dispatch.
Tracking, duties, and delivery issues
We do not charge or collect VAT, sales tax, or import duties at checkout. International orders may nevertheless be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country; any such charges are the customer’s responsibility. For address changes, delays, damage, or a missing order, email info@blogrivo.com with your order number.
